Frank’s RedHot is to sponsor our very own StrEAT Food Challenge, which invites UK casual dining operators, quick-service restaurants and food market pioneers to do battle for supremacy in a series of cooking contests, including a very special Frank’s-inspired wing round. The competition has been created by Out of Home and is calling on operators to enter with a stand-out dish that their customers can’t get enough of. Finalists will then be asked to recreate the hero dish for judges in a live showdown on 8th May, with a chance of scooping Street Food Dish of the Year and £1,000 in cash.
Successful finalists will also get to show off their skill and creative prowess in a Technical Round, which will see them take on a selection of ingredients. The Wings Round, sponsored by Frank’s RedHot, will then see entrants create and serve signature wings using the iconic hot sauce.
