Recipe - Hot ‘n’ spicy dirty chicken burger with melted Gorgonzola

Ingredients (serves 10)
10 small chicken breasts, butterflied
100ml Frank’s Redhot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, plus extra for serving
10 burger buns
200g shredded lettuce
4 tomatoes, sliced
20 slices of pickle
250g Gorgonzola

Method
1. Mix the chicken in the Frank’s Redhot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce and marinade for a few hours (overnight if possible)

2. Grill the chicken breast until cooked through. When cooked, top with Gorgonzola and place back under the grill for one minute so it melts

3. Assemble the burger by placing the chicken topped with cheese in the bun, then top with salad and sliced pickles, and serve with an extra pot of Frank’s Redhot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
