BRITVIC INTRODUCES FRUITY TWIST TO ITS MIXERS RANGE WITH PINK RASPBERRY TONIC

This March, Britvic is introduced Pink Raspberry Tonic to its line-up, following the success of its first flavoured tonic launch - Elderflower - in spring 2021. A Britvic addition, exclusively for the licensed channel, the new raspberry flavour, with crisp tones and fresh citrus cues, will continue to help operators elevate experiences for consumers when it comes to selecting their mixers out of home.

Adam Russell, director of foodservice & licensed at Britvic, comments: “Flavoured mixers represent a significant opportunity to encourage consumers to trade up, especially considering that they make up 11% of mixers total share[1]. Over the past year, flavoured tonics have experienced exceptional growth, as consumers who buy flavoured tonics spend more than those who opt for non-flavoured[2]. With gin and flavoured tonics being the number one spirit and mixer for consumers, Pink Raspberry Tonic is a perfect addition for outlets to add to their mixers range.[3]

“Offering more choice for those who want to get creative with their mixers, as either part of a drink or on its own, is an essential part of creating memorable experiences in the licensed sector. Pubs and bars have the opportunity to stand out from the crowd by offering a new flavoured variant from a trusted brand, at a time when more people are on the lookout for premium mixing options. “

The 200ml bottles will be sold in packs of 24. Britvic Pink Raspberry Tonic will be supported with visual activation and will be included in seasonal serves, and the Mixology toolkit on Britvic’s Sensational Drinks website; available by visiting https://sensationaldrinks.com/
