KERB launches first bar concept in Spitalfields Market
KERB Social Club sets to blend American sports bar energy with pub comfort this August

A new kind of local is opening in Spitalfields Market this August – KERB Social Club.
KERB Social Club is the latest concept from KERB, the street food collective brand. KERB aims to create a space where anyone can feel at home.
The bar blends retro-inspired design with modern cultural energy and entertainment - delivering everything from Super Sunday screenings to Mario Kart marathons, chess finals to karaoke showdowns.
Three of KERB’s staple street food traders will also serve up flavours that pair perfectly with sport and socialising.
Expect festival-favourite fried chicken from Only Jerkin’, hot dogs with a cult street food following from Oh My Dog, and bold Detroit-style pizza from Cutie Pies, new to London and fresh from a buzzy Brighton residency.
A KERB twist
Abi Watson, general manager of KERB Social Club said: “KERB Social Club is what happens when you take the spirit of a proper British local, mix it with the casual chaos and fun of an American sports bar, and give it an inclusive, modern KERB twist.
"This isn’t about gimmicks – it’s a reminder that community hangouts really matter. And for us, opening our first Social Club in a legendary market like Spitalfields makes it even more special. It reflects our heritage, but pushes things forward.”
In addition to the main clubroom and terrace that overlooks the iconic Spitalfields Market, KERB Social Club features five large private rooms. These flexible spaces can host everything from Super Bowl parties to Mario Kart battles - with 100 inch TV screens, karaoke booths, gaming consoles, pool tables, darts and more installed across the rooms.
The design taps into classic sports nostalgia with a fresh, modern twist - think bold colours, retro-inspired furniture, vintage memorabilia, and state-of-the-art screens and sound to bring every moment to life.
