OLE & STEEN UNVEILS A NEW SEASONAL MENU
Apple Crumble Social and a Pistachio Bun lead the autumnal menu now available
Ole & Steen is welcoming autumn with a new menu that puts a seasonal twist on its classics.
Launching across all stores on 2 September, the updated menu offers fresh takes on Danish bakes and savoury staples.
Keeping it sweet
From this week, the much-loved Cinnamon Social is joined by the new Apple Crumble Social - a seasonal spin that layers sweet dough with apple jam, cinnamon, custard and crumble.
Alongside it, Ole & Steen’s classic Danish pastry gets a seasonal makeover with the addition of crisp, tangy apple, giving a fresh update to the bakery’s most traditional treat.
Rolling out a week later, from 9 September, guests can enjoy the brand-new Pistachio Bun, arriving a year after the popular Cardamom Bun, a pastry that’s captured hearts across the UK.
Rounding out the sweet section of the Autumn menu is a Lemon & Blackberry Cake, bright with seasonal flavours and finished with a garnish of dried flower petals.
Keeping it savoury
On the savoury side, the menu features Nordic Bowls - wholesome salad bowls inspired by Scandinavian flavours. Reflecting London’s growing appetite for healthy eating and salad-focused dining, guests can choose between Salmon or Chicken and the bowls are packed with seasonal vegetables like beetroot, broccoli, sweet potato, and cabbage.
Lastly, their Roast Chicken Roll is returning by popular demand, while a new Egg Mayo & Watercress Roll joins the line-up on Ole & Steen’s signature Skagen bread.
The new menu also coincides with the launch of PRESS Juices and Smoothies across UK stores, packed with natural ingredients, and designed to give guests a healthy boost alongside their favourite bakes.
The new menu marks the start of an exciting season for Ole & Steen, with more to come as the bakery continues to reimagine firm favourites for the months ahead.
