Wingstop arrives in Ireland

Wingstop’s first Irish restaurant opens this winter at Liffey Valley in Dublin

Wingstop is expanding its European footprint by opening its first location in Ireland at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre this winter.

Fans in Dublin are already sharing sneak peeks of the new site online, building anticipation ahead of launch.

Operated by Lemon Pepper Holdings, Wingstop UK & Ireland is expanding across Ireland over the next 12 months.

The initial rollout includes a flagship dine-in location at Liffey Valley in Dublin and a delivery kitchen in Dublin (available via Deliveroo) with an expected 20 sites to open across the island within the next seven years.

The Dublin opening will also bring new employment opportunities before Christmas, supported by long-term career growth through their Step-Up programme and Wingstop University internal training programme.

Wingstop UK & Ireland is also committed to embedding itself in local culture – partnering with grassroots music, emerging creatives and underrepresented voices in arts and fashion, while supporting charities and community sport.

Luck of the Irish

A Wingstop UKI representative said: “We’re excited to bring the Wingstop flavour to Ireland - our first stop outside of the UK. Ireland has an energy that matches our own and we can’t wait to connect with local brands, creatives and charities to make a difference in the communities we will serve.

"Wingstop UKI is a highly scalable business, and we have ambitious plans to open more locations across the country. We know our delicious wings and bold flavours will prove to be a hit with Irish customers and we can’t wait to welcome them in store.”
