LEON launches Twisted Christmas menu

The new festive menu, landing in restaurants nationwide from 5 November, takes everything you love about Christmas - and gives it a LEON-style twist

This Christmas, LEON is turning tradition on its head, with its new festive menu.

LEON takes everything you love about Christmas: the turkey, the trimmings, the cranberry sauce - and gives it a LEON-style twist.

Think warming spices, bright flavours and a little bit of halloumi magic. Because this year, Christmas is getting twisted.

Forget the supermarket sarnies and predictable turkey dinners - this is Christmas with a kick of Baharat, a drizzle of pomegranate molasses, and a good measure of LEON’s signature sunshine.

The new food menu

  • The Twisted Trimmings Sandwich. Pulled turkey marinated in buttermilk and Baharat spices, rich apricot & pine nut stuffing, and grilled halloumi, all tucked inside a toasted stone-baked ciabatta. Finished with pickled red cabbage, honey mustard mayo, and a cranberry, pomegranate molasses & Aleppo pepper sauce. It’s Christmas comfort, with a LEON-sized kick.
     
  • The Veggie Twistmas Sandwich. Baharat-roasted butternut squash, grilled halloumi, and a rich apricot & pine nut stuffing, finished with that same cranberry, pomegranate molasses & Aleppo pepper sauce and pickled red cabbage. Served warm in a toasted ciabatta. 
     
  • LEON’s Baharat Turkey & Aleppo Cranberry Bowl. Tender pulled turkey marinated in buttermilk and Baharat spices meets pine nut & apricot stuffing, with a drizzle of cranberry, pomegranate molasses & Aleppo pepper sauce and a spoonful of creamy LEON Aioli. Served on our signature brown rice with pickled red cabbage, slaw, crispy onions, fresh herbs, and a wedge of lemon. 

The new drinks menu

LEON is also rolling out a brand new Gingerbread Drinks Range - warming, comforting, and guaranteed to make your day a little more festive.

  • Gingerbread Latte. Sweet and spiced gingerbread syrup blended with rich espresso and your milk of choice.
  • Gingerbread Matcha Latte. Festive flavour meets matcha’s green goodness. A blend of gingerbread syrup, matcha, and your milk of choice.
  • Gingerbread Hot Chocolate. Rich, indulgent hot chocolate with a sweet & spiced gingerbread syrup. 
  • Iced Gingerbread Latte. Everything you love about the latte, but served on the rocks.
  • Iced Gingerbread Matcha Latte. Cool, creamy, and just the right amount of festive.
