Hospitality members are invited to attend the Street Food Championships on 18 November in London
Get ready for sizzling grills, bold flavours and fierce competition – the Street Food Championships are back at London’s Big Penny Social next week Tuesday, 18 November.
Hospitality professionals are invited to join one of the industry’s most exciting annual events, where 16 of the UK’s leading street food chefs will compete head-to-head across a series of live cooking challenges.

Throughout the day, competitors will take part in several rounds, including the Signature round, which will determine the Street Food Dish of the Year, and the Technical round, where chefs must craft an original dish using sponsor ingredients to earn the coveted title of Street Food Chef of the Year. Adding to the excitement, the event will also feature two sponsored rounds – the Major Wings Challenge and the Lee Kum Kee Ultimate Umami Challenge.
The Street Food Dish of the Year champion will win a one-month rent-free trading spot at Mercato Metropolitano.
The day will conclude with an evening awards ceremony, where this year’s winners will be announced and celebrated.
The Street Food Championships are free to attend for chefs and operators across the restaurant, pub, bar, OOH, and casual dining sectors. Spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged to secure your place.
