IoH appoints new head of membership

The Institute of Hospitality (IoH) recently announced the appointment of Duvall James as its new head of membership. He was previously senior relationship manager for the Institute of Directors.

James brings with him 20 years’ experience in customer- and client-focused roles in the membership, health and fitness, banking and security sectors. He will be joining the IoH’s executive team where he will have responsibility for developing and managing its strategies and campaigns, to retain and grow its 12,500-strong membership in the UK and globally.

“My aim is to ensure that all members are represented, supported and connected with each other, to build an even stronger engaging community within the UK, Europe and overseas,” said James. “I am looking forward to collaborating with the team and assisting our members, who are the heartbeat of the Institute.”
