Recipe: Strawberry cheesecake overnight oats

This breakfast or afternoon treat was supplied by Jessica Ayling, Philadelphia Professional Food To Go’s chef ambassador...

“Philadelphia Light is a great way of thickening overnight oats, providing a cheesecake flavour profile without being as calorific," says Ayling. "A popular breakfast option, it will work just as well as an afternoon sweet treat.

“To boost margins, try offering it with additional nuts and seeds. For example, flax or pumpkin seeds, dried coconut or chopped almonds to tap into the demand for high-fibre diets.”
