Eggslut announces Shoreditch launch

Eggslut will open its third UK site in Shoreditch, London, in August. It will be the brand’s 12th location worldwide.

Eggslut has again partnered with British favourites Clarence Court eggs, Bread Ahead bakery and East London locals Nude Coffee Roasters. All menu items are cooked fresh to order using locally sourced ingredients and no freezers are used on site. The Eggslut concept originated as a chef meal in a two Michelin-starred restaurant and the company says that this chef-driven quality remains at the core of each dish.

Signature menu items include The Fairfax, a sandwich made from soft scrambled eggs with cheese, served in a brioche bun. New permanent menu items born at Eggslut UK include truffle and rosemary sea salt potato hash browns, with more limited time offer menu items expected to come.

Bruno Pires, operations manager for Eggslut, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be opening our third UK site in Shoreditch. For us, it is a dream come true to launch Eggslut in this hotspot full of character and creativity.
