Slim Chickens opens four new sites simultaneously

Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) continued its rollout of Slim Chickens across the UK by opening four new restaurants simultaneously on 4th July. They are in Leicester, Liverpool, Milton Keynes and London’s Bishopsgate.

Bringing the US-born and raised fast-casual brand’s UK portfolio up to 26 sites, the new locations are the latest milestones in BRG’s ambitious expansion plans and follow recent openings in Brighton, Bristol and London’s Cambridge Circus. The group continue to work to a strong pipeline of openings, with non-traditional concepts including drive-through locations planned for later in the year.

Satnam Leihal, chief executive officer of BRG, said: “Demand is overwhelming, which is why we are working to an ambitious growth pipeline here, and it’s fantastic to see such a positive response from customers across the UK. We look forward to bringing the same unique Southern hospitality and superior product to Bishopsgate, Liverpool, Leicester and Milton Keynes.”

The brand was founded in 2003 and currently operates more than 100 restaurants in the US.
