Boxpark welcomes four new traders

To coincide with World Vegan Month across November, Boxpark has welcomed two brand-new food traders, Vegan Shack and Vegan Wing Shack. It has also added Crust Bros, who are finalists (and former winners of) our upcoming National Pizza Awards, and the ever-expanding Dough Bakehouse, which was founded by a former winner of The Apprentice.

Crust Bros (Croydon and Shoreditch) boasts an award-winning menu, including the Seven Nation Salami topped with creamy burrata, as well as crowd-pleasing vegan and gluten-free menus. It also plants a tree for every pizza it sells.

Dough Bakehouse (Croydon) was founded in 2019 by the aforementioned Carina Lepore. It is an in-house bakery and café offering a range of coffees, milkshakes, sandwiches, savoury pastries and porridges.

Vegan Shack (Croydon) was first launched in Manchester back in 2019. It offers a strong selection of sweet and savoury options, including a range of plant-based burgers like the Fillet Faux Fish and Chick’n Strip Burger, and morish tater tots.

The unrelated Vegan Wing Shack (Shoreditch) is the vegan-friendly sister brand of Wing Shack Co. It was founded in 2017 by three friends, and this spin-off offers boneless ‘wings’ that are completely allergen- and gluten-free, as well as crispy chick’n tenders and a selection of sides.
