Eggslut launches Christmas menu

Eggslut is bringing Christmas to Londoners with the launch of its 2022 festive menu. 

New this year is the Smoked Salmon Fairfax, a fresh take on the legendarily classic Fairfax sandwich, which features free-range Clarence Court Burford Brown eggs They are topped with a herbs cream cheese sauce, smoked salmon and rocket, all of which are placed between a warmed Bread Ahead brioche bun.

Eggslut is also bringing back the new-for-2021 Cranberry Turkey Sausage, which is available in-store and on Deliveroo and UberEats. This house-made turkey and green herb burger patty is accompanied with Christmas spiced butter, cranberry sauce and rocket salad, topped with a Clarence Court free-range over medium fried egg, all sandwiched within a warm Bread Ahead Brioche roll.
