Fairtrade Fortnight
27th Feb – 12th Mar
Worldwide

For two weeks each year, thousands of individuals, companies and groups across the UK come together to share the stories of the people who grow our food and drinks. Unfortunately, these people are often exploited and underpaid.

This year’s message is: choose Fairtrade now and help save our favourite foods. Climate change is making crops like cocoa, bananas and coffee harder and harder to grow.

However, more of us choosing Fairtrade means extra income, power and support for those communities. So, not only is choosing Fairtrade best for people and planet, it could also help save everyday treats like a hot cuppa too!
