Burger & Sauce to open six new outlets

Burger & Sauce has confirmed that it is to open six new restaurants this year. The fresh burger chain, which successfully set up during the pandemic and officially launched as a franchise last year, will be moving into Perry Barr, Shirley, Liverpool, Manchester, Bristol and Telford.

Anthony Round, franchise director of Burger & Sauce, said: “We now have 13 restaurants successfully trading, the four new franchisees who have joined us this year are all already looking for additional sites and we have 35 licences signed since the launch. But we are still hungry to grow! Our goal is to open 10 to 15 new restaurants next year in fresh locations, and to attract the right type of franchisee we have launched a very special fixed term incentive offer.”

The new scheme is available to franchisees opening restaurants up to the end of 2024. Instead of a percentage of net turnover due for management services fees each week, Burger & Sauce has created a one-time offer that fixes the management service fee for the entire length of the franchise agreement. It says this will save franchisees around a third of the fee based on average site turnover.
