Wingstop makes two key appointments

Wingstop UK has announced the appointment of Rob Ward as regional manager for London and the south, overseeing approximately 25 locations. He joins from PizzaExpress UK&I, where he was optimisation manager for over three years, and previously held roles at Marks & Spencer and Nando’s.

Celia Brown also joins the Wingstop UK team as marketing manager. Her previous roles include positions at Deliveroo and McDonald’s, where she led significant marketing campaigns. 

Tom Grogan, director of Lemon Pepper Holdings, the company behind Wingstop, said: "We are delighted to kick-start this year by welcoming Rob and Celia to Wingstop UK. Their addition is a strategic move for us as we look ahead to further expansion and operational excellence in 2024.

“2023 was our best year yet, with substantial growth and 11 new restaurant openings. Both appointments are crucial as we grow even further in the upcoming year."
