KERB heads to Holborn

Opening 7th August, KERB is bringing together seven of their most popular street food traders

KERB, the street food organisation behind Seven Dials Market, is opening a new weekly lunch market - KERB Holborn - on Wednesday 7th August.

KERB have selected a diverse mix of traders ranging from mainstays on London’s street food scene like Only Jerkin’, to newcomers like Fatè who graduated from the KERB’s inKERBator programme at the beginning of the year.

In 2024, KERB will provide close to 2,000 lunch market trading spots in London alone.

The line-up

Operating every Wednesday from 11.30am to 2.30pm, with an additional day expected to be added later this year, the initial lineup at KERB Holborn will include:

ONLY JERKIN’: A mainstay at KERB’s biggest events around the UK, Only Jerkin’ will be serving their extremely popular triple-dipped fried chicken with big Caribbean flavours - including their signature jerk gravy.

FILLIGRILLZ: Another regular at KERB’s markets & events, this is Filipino street food that specialises in big BBQ flavours. Expect juicy sliced pork belly, tangy pork stews & marinated grilled boneless chicken in rice boxes and wraps.

IT’S ALL GRAVY: Winner of the best sandwich in the UK at the British Street Food Awards for their Beef Dip Sandwich - featuring slow-cooked beef, beef fat onions, swiss cheese, confit garlic mayo, crispy onions and light beef gravy.

CEYLON KOTHU: Sri Lankan flavours served with a lot of theatre - infamous for smashing their steamed rotis on hot griddles before adding aromatic spiced chicken (with paneer and mix vegetables also available). All served with a delicious ginger yoghurt.

FATÉ: Referred to the KERB+ Food Power programme by TERN last year, before graduating from the inKERBator programme, expect Middle Eastern rice bowls, shawarma wraps, dolma and more.
