Leon launches new customised menu

This January, LEON is back with a new year’s menu - packed with vibrant plants, wholesome ingredients, and big, bold flavours - all of which you can customise to suit you. 

Whether you're here for the veggies, the protein, or just the flavour, you’ll find a little something that feels like yours. And this year, LEON is making it more personal than ever with its first-ever Build Your Own Super Bowls, plus a few more exciting surprises.

NEW IN: BUILD YOUR OWN SUPER BOWLS

Take control of your meal with LEON’s new Build Your Own Super Bowl. We know that people want more from their meals these days – more choice, more flavour, more control. That’s why we’ve taken personalisation to the next level with a salad and bowl offering that’s all about you. 

Our 2024 consumer research revealed that people are increasingly focused on making healthier choices, but health means something different for everyone. For some, it’s about high-protein, for others, it’s lighter, plant-based options, or simply meals with ingredients that make them feel good. That’s why we’ve designed a bowl that’s not just healthy, but adaptable to individual tastes and dietary needs. It's about making sure every bite works for you. LEON’s Build Your Own Super Bowl taps into the growing consumer trend for more flexible, customisable options.

Start with our vibrant Superbase: a mix of greens, Middle Eastern-spiced roasted veggies, grains, beans, seeds, and herbs, all designed to create a flavour-packed foundation. Then, choose your protein: smoky Paprika Chicken, juicy Chargrilled Chicken, or the ever-popular Falafel. You can even double up if you're looking for something extra. Finally, top it off with one of our bold dressings: Firecracker Dressing for a spicy punch, or Golden Goddess Dressing for a creamy, herby finish. 

NEW IN: SUCCULENT SALADS

LEON takes the classic Chicken Caesar Salad to the next level. Tender chargrilled chicken pairs perfectly with crisp salad leaves, Grana Padano, grains, seeds, and signature Honey Mustard Caesar Dressing. The Paprika Chicken Super Bowl is an explosion of flavour. Smoky paprika-marinated chicken rests on a bed of Middle Eastern-spiced roasted veggies, greens, and grains. LEON’s Falafel Super Bowl is a vibrant mix of supergreen falafel, Middle Eastern spiced roasted veggies, greens, and grains, all topped with a crunchy 7-seed mix and our creamy Golden Goddess Dressing. Perfectly balanced and bursting with flavour.

NEW IN: DISHES THAT DELIVER

New dishes from LEON include: Korean BBQ Pork. Tender pork collar, glazed in a gochujang chilli-ginger BBQ sauce, is served with brown rice and bright, tangy yuzu pickled cucumbers. The Herby Falafel Wrap wrap packs in fresh, herby falafel, with a double hit of LEON Chilli Sauce and Golden Goddess Dressing, then layered with crispy onions, pickles, and vibrant roasted peppers. The Supergreen Falafel Box is packed with chickpeas, broccoli, broad beans, and spinach, served on a bed of brown rice with the perfect drizzle of Golden Goddess Dressing, a kick from LEON Chilli Sauce, and a zingy lemon wedge to tie it all together.

Mini but mighty, the Kids’ Falafel Rice Box is the perfect veggie treat for little ones. Our signature falafel, cherry tomatoes, peas, brown rice, and a dollop of ketchup for good measure.

No meal is complete without a sidekick or two, and this January, LEON’s got a delicious new duo. Peas ’N’ Seeds brings a refreshing crunch with a vibrant mix of peas and seeds. For a tangy twist, the Yuzu Pickled Cucumbers offer a bright, zesty bite.

NEW IN: BREAKFAST BOOSTER

Start your day the LEON way with Blueberry, Honey & Toasted Seeds Porridge (£4.29). Creamy organic oats are topped with turmeric honey, fresh blueberries, and a crunchy 7-seed mix, making for a satisfying, energising breakfast that’s perfect for tackling your morning head-on.

NEW IN: GOLDEN GLOW DRINKS RANGE

2025 also says hello to LEON’s new Turmeric Range - filled with warm, nourishing drinks that are as good for the soul as they are for the taste buds. These liquid gold drinks are the perfect antidote to winter chills. These include: Turmeric Latte, Turmeric Chai Latte, Sweet Turmeric & Lemon Booster and an Iced Chai Latte.

LEON’s January menu is all about embracing choice, flavour, and nourishment as we kick off the new year.
