Kêu Borough is now open
Kêu Borough is bringing traditional Vietnamese street food to Borough High Street

Vietnamese Kitchen has now officially opened its fourth Kêu site, bringing its famed Saigon street food to Borough.
Kêu Borough continues to serve their authentic lunch menu, including their signature bánh mì, alongside an expanded menu featuring an exciting variety of new noodle and rice dishes. The new location is also open for extended hours, to cater to those late-night noodle cravings.
Situated between London Bridge and Borough Market, the new Kêu offers premium noodles that are hand-pulled, in-house, using techniques straight from Saigon’s Chinatown.
On the menu
One noodle dish set to be a signature is the Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang, consisting of rice noodles with umami pork stock, topped with pork and juicy prawns. Created by Chinese immigrants in Cambodia and later perfected in Saigon, the dish reflects the rich cultural history of Vietnamese cuisine and the diverse street food culture. The arrival of Mỳ Vằn Thắn Thơm showcases the best seasonal produce with a flavourful pork wonton noodle soup.
In addition to the new noodle dishes, Kêu Borough offers their array of iconic bánh mìs, all served inside a crusty French baguette. Standouts from Kêu’s menu include the bánh mì Hội An, using a trio of pork ham, spiced pork belly, chicken liver pâté and Hội An's special pâté sauce, as well as the much loved bánh mì thịt nướng, filled with succulent honey-glazed pork shoulder and flavours of lemongrass and five spices.
On the drinks front, Kêu Borough offers their traditional Vietnamese coffee made with condensed milk, Saigon lime soda, homemade lemonade and a variety of refreshing beers.
Kêu Borough’s interiors bring a fresh look for the brand. Inspired by ancient Saigon, the new space exudes the charm and eclectic style of the city. It features traditional colours and designs found in the region, using vivid reds and yellows with accents of pale mint, and the walls will be adorned with visuals of scenes from Saigon.
The layout of the restaurant has been designed to emulate the fast-paced energy of a street kitchen, creating an atmosphere that transports guests. Diners will find traditional noodle-house seating with both table seating and stools, creating an authentic yet comfortable space for dining. Downstairs, further seating is available, including a long table for up to 12 diners, offering a more intimate dining experience. Additionally, outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy their favourite dishes whilst taking in the lively atmosphere of the market.
