Corner Corner unveils showstopping food and music line up

Corner Corner is the new 55,000 sq ft food & live music in Canada Water, curated by Broadwick and KERB, opening Friday, 4 April.

Corner Corner, a new concept that brings together food, live music, and sustainable farming, is excited to unveil a line-up of independent food traders and live jazz programming, ahead of the venue's opening next month.

The food hall, curated by KERB, will initially open every Thursday to Saturday, beginning Friday, 4 April.

It features legendary fried chicken shop Chick N Sours in their first location south of the river, delightful Taiwanese rice bowls and bao buns courtesy of local Canada Water favourite Jou Jou's Bites, and Mexican eatery Masa Tacos, known for their use of local produce and traditional house made tortillas (made with Mexican heirloom corn).

KERB has carefully selected a line-up that integrates fresh produce from Corner Corner’s indoor vertical farm - with an abundance of vegetables on the all-day café menu, and a wide variety of pickled delicacies, careful garnishes, side salads and slaw appearing in the food hall.

Adding to the excitement is Sireli at Corner Corner's all-day café & restaurant, which will be open seven days a week. After successful residencies at The National Theatre and Filly Brook, the Armenian small plates and flatbread concept has dreamt up an expansive lunch & dinner offering. Expect an evolving menu filled with nourishing dishes - from charred cauliflower with butternut squash, zhug and pangrattato, to harissa lamb koftas, salt cod croquettes, house fired flatbreads, and much more.

'Champion sustainability'

"We’ve worked closely with Broadwick to deliver a brilliant food & drink experience at Corner Corner.” said Simon Mitchell, CEO of KERB. "

It showcases the diversity of London’s independent food scene - ranging from fantastic fried chicken to the phenomenal flavours of Taiwan, Mexico and Armenia. But unlike anywhere else, we’re giving our traders the opportunity to champion sustainability by sourcing ingredients from the in-house vertical farm. KERB at Corner Corner is an example of exceptional hospitality that makes an impact, which is what we’re all about”.

From Thursday, 10 April, Corner Corner will offer a dynamic twelve-week live music program curated by Broadwick. Running Thursday through Sunday, it will feature a carefully curated lineup of live performances and world-class selectors.

Corner Corner will also launch a new music initiative aimed at fostering up-and-coming talent in creative and diverse spaces. This initiative will offer aspiring artists the chance to perform live at the venue, with slots before and after the headline sets on Friday and Saturday nights.
