Leon launches new gut-friendly menu
Leon is blooming into spring with a brand-new fibre-filled menu designed to boost the gut. New items have been launched across the Breakfast and All-Day menus, as well as the return of some revitalised classics.
Up first is the breakfast menu which will introduce probiotic, live yoghurt pots including Turmeric Honey, Banana and Bee Pollen. On the All-Day menu, Leon is launching three new salads including Burrata, Greens and Grains. And a spring menu wouldn’t be complete without a spring chicken – in this case, Jewelled Harissa Chicken.
