Leon unveils Veganuary menu
Leon has announced it plans for its Veganuary 2024 menu. The healthy eating chain says that the new range is all about ‘gut-healing goodness and plant power’.
The new dishes include the vegan Bangin' Bhaji Wrap, which features courgette and pea bhajis, topped with kachumber, crispy onions and herby mayo. The Rainbow Squash Salad (pictured), meanwhile, offers up a colourful combo of roasted butternut squash, zingy herby mayo, pink kraut, greens and grains, topped with Mediterranean-inspired spices.
Leon will also be serving up a returning roster of previous favourites that it has come up with over the last 20 years. These will include the Golden Glow Dhal, Brazilian Black Bean and LOVe Burger.
It will also be refreshing its Plant Variety system, to display how many varieties of plant are present in Leon dishes. Represented by a new symbol on the menu, it's a guide that will serve as a compass towards a more diverse and nutrient-dense dish. Guests will also find these dishes easily highlighted on digital kiosks and in the app.
